Photographic Print. Portrait of Caribbean man wearing cap in garden of Westfield War Memorial Village.
In my portrait photography, I hope to photograph people and catch
something of the essence of the person, or perhaps a small but
significant part of themselves, which isn't always seen. This is a man originally from St Vincent in the
Caribbean, smiling, wearing a cap and a Garnet stone on a chain, amongst a lush landscape of Rhododendrons in dappled light. It was photographed in the gardens of the Westfield War Memorial Village in Lancaster, England, UK, a living memorial to those who
made a sacrifice in World War One.
Colours are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly due to screen calibrations.
