Photographic Print. Graffiti street art Phoenix and flowers mural by Lango off 24th Street, Mission, San Francisco.
This
flamboyant mural on Florida Street in the Mission District has beautiful colours of jade, pink and gold. 24th Street has a colourful, lively Mexican feel which is more attractive
and tree lined than Mission Street. Mexican vegetable stalls, bakeries,
Taquerias, beauty salons, retro signs and murals mix with cool cafés such as Sugar
Lump café at Bryant which is a balance of cool but unpretentious and
laid back in a 1960's interior with random furniture and black vinyl
sofas. For breakfast, brunch or ice cream in an old diner with bar
stools, go to St. Francis Fountain at York Street. The artist Lango also painted the
Medusa on Masonic Street at Haight Street which is no longer there but can be seen in this photographic section of San Francisco.
