Photographic Print. Cherry Blossom fallen onto Heron and Bluebells around a garden pond.
This photograph has a strange light, as if I used spotlights, like a stage set. The Cherry Blossom is from a tree around the corner down the side, past a huge Larch tree but it drifted onto the garden like pink snow. The Brambles were so thick that I only saw the Heron, a bit of something white through the Brambles, weeks after I moved in and someone said, if there is a Heron there might be a pond. It is nicely matt and subtle with time and weather so it doesn't look like shiny tacky plastic. I liked the black tunnel underneath the Heron and log.
Colours are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly due to screen calibrations.
